UCLBC is divided into four squads to cater for a wide range of athletes:

• Our Senior Squad is open to experienced rowers who would like to compete and be coached at a high level
• Our newly introduced Casual Squad is for those athletes with some experience who want to enjoy the feeling of being in a boat, without it being competitive or coached
• Our Novice Squad welcomes complete beginners who would like to get gradually introduced to the sport and get valuable racing experience with high quality novice coaching
• Our Coxswains Squad welcomes both experienced and beginner coxes and aims at a thorough training of our most resourceful members: the Masters of the Vessels
